- Built Comikey’s proprietary CMS using Nest.js and Next.js, enabling seamless content management and reducing manual effort.
- Developed user segmentation models in Firebase and implemented Amazon Personalize, which improved reader engagement by 18%.
- Led the development of interactive user gamification features, which increased platform revenue by 35%. Designed backend optimizations, improving database performance and scaling content delivery.






📈 Business Development & Licensing
- Negotiated partnerships with major Japanese publishers (Shueisha, Square Enix) to acquire exclusive digital rights for manga series.
- Expanded Comikey into Brazil, securing deals with local publishers and making it the first legal digital manga platform in the country.
- Worked closely with international stakeholders, managing relationships across Japan, Korea, and Brazil. Led contract negotiations for localization and distribution, ensuring smooth licensing agreements.
